Educational nature of lessons

Lessons teach chart-reading methods. They are not personal financial product advice, brokerage services, or a promise of trading profit. You remain responsible for your own market decisions and regulatory obligations.

Bookings and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a place until we confirm in writing. Schedules, formats (online or in person), and fees are agreed before the lesson begins.

Intellectual property

Workbook pages, method descriptions, site copy, and teaching materials remain the property of Aimachinelab. You may keep notes for personal study. You may not reproduce course materials for public teaching, resale, or redistribution without written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt forms or hosting, or submit false contact details. We may refuse service where behaviour is abusive or where a student requests live trade calls contrary to our lesson scope.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Aimachinelab is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after a lesson. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under Australian Consumer Law. Our liability for services we supply is limited, where permitted, to re-supply of the lesson or payment of the cost of re-supply.

Screen-share tools, charting platforms, or linked articles are outside our control. Their terms apply separately.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
