Information we collect

  • Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
  • Lesson preferences, preferred dates, and message content about your charts or goals
  • Technical logs ordinary to hosting (IP address, browser type, pages viewed)
  • Cookie preferences stored locally in your browser (see our cookie notice)

We do not ask for account passwords, tax file numbers, or full payment card numbers through this website.

Why we process information

  • To respond to lesson enquiries and schedule sessions
  • To send follow-up notes related to booked training
  • To maintain site security and diagnose faults
  • To understand aggregate visit patterns when analytics cookies are accepted

We process enquiry data because you request a response and because we have a legitimate interest in operating an education practice. Where consent is required for optional analytics cookies, we ask before setting them.

Retention

Enquiry emails and booking notes are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days. You may ask us to delete enquiry records earlier where law allows.

Your rights

International transfers

Children

Lessons are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
